Duration: 3 Months + Possible Extension

Shift hours: Mon - Fri: Std business hours

Start date: ASAP

Pay Range: $65/hr - $68/hr

Responsibilities:

This position requires a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for assisting the team that supports the Alternative Investments platform.

Responsibilities:

Hedge Fund (feeders, fund of funds & Managed Accounts) Product Support
Assist with fund launch process
Assist in the oversight of Trade exceptions and FOP Transfers
Update various calendars and trackers
Hedge fund feeder and FoF trading calendars
Maintain list of funds on platform with pertinent information
Document management
Maintain product information in a highly organized fashion – such as organization documents, daily, monthly and annual reports, and other product-related item
Private Equity/Real Estate (PERE) Product Support
Assist with fund (feeder and fund of funds) bank account opening
LEI request
GIIN request
Coordinate completion and execution of W forms and Form 8832 or say ‘Coordination completion and execution of Tax Forms’ to cover both forms.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
4-6 years of experience performing a similar function with a focus on investment funds (hedge, private equity, or mutual funds)
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work within tight deadlines
Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups required) and other Office applications
