Position Details:
Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)
Job Title: Loan Servicing Representative 1
Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend or convert)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Shift: Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 05:30 PM)
Pay range: $19 - 20/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Send emails to request funding through internal portal
  • Enter details into systems of recording to initiate funding, perform data accuracy reviews, and provide remittance
  • Perform reconciliation and research actions
  • Provide coverage on the team’s shared services inbox

Required Qualifications:

  • Excel – intermediate level skills (pivot tables/ vlookups)
  • Strong mathematical skills - (ability to calculate manual discounts)
  • Understanding of AP/ AR operations
