Associate Scientist

Education Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry

Required Skills:

Experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment
Commitment to time and energy
Great sense of urgency
Team player mentality
Knowledgeable in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Skilled in developing systems to ensure quality data
Familiar with standard laboratory equipment and major laboratory instruments/techniques

Responsibilities:

Perform experiments, organize data, and analyze results under minimal supervision
Plan, conduct, or monitor experiments, record and organize data, analyze results, and generate robust and reliable data
Ensure that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with protocols and guidelines
Monitor or follow established experimental design and protocols to obtain reproducible and reliable results
Develop and implement new protocols with moderate review
Engage coworkers in scientific discussions and communicate data and interpretation to work group - Troubleshoot equipment and experimental difficulties effectively
Contribute to reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, and patents - Train staff and supervise others as
