Pay Rate: $60 - $65
Job Description:

• Develop and deploy Java 17/Spring 6 microservices within a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment.

• Design and optimize database interactions using MongoDB or Oracle, focusing on performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based application issues, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on complex technical solutions with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal efficiency.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

• Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring 6.

• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift (or general cloud) deployment.

• Proficiency in MongoDB and/or other databases.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in implementing security best practices for cloud-based applications.

• Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.

• Experience with automation and DevOps practices.

• Ability to contribute to technical strategy development and architectural design.

• Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and expertise in agile development and risk management.

• Prior experience in banking or financial services.
