We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo MAS Developer to join our team and support a project focused on Reliability Strategies in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the Maximo (MAS) and possess a strong understanding of predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and asset performance optimization.
Location: Primary – Plano, TX Preferred Locations: Georgetown, CT; Greensboro, NC; Princeton, IN Work Setup: 4 day onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $60 – $68/hour
Design and configure MAS (Maximo Application Suite) solutions to align with reliability strategies.
Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations for predictive maintenance.
Customize Maximo Work Centers and UI components for FMEA.
Work closely with business analysts, reliability engineers, and end-users to understand requirements.
Participate in Agile project planning, requirements gathering, and design workshops.
Implement AI/ML and advanced analytics for failure prediction and maintenance optimization.
Integrate IoT sensors and external data to enhance system intelligence and accuracy.
Partner with cloud architects and IT to ensure seamless, secure SaaS deployment.
Follow best practices for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Offer technical support throughout implementation, testing, and post-deployment.
Resolve issues related to system performance, integrations, and customizations.
3–5 years of experience as a Maximo Developer with expertise in MAS modules (Manage, Monitor, Health, Predict, Assist).
Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and scripting for Maximo customization.
Strong understanding of Maximo’s database structure (relationships, attributes, objects).
Hands-on experience with:
REST APIs, JSON, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
DevOps/Deployment tools (Graphite DevOps preferred)
BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool) for custom reports
Experience in:
Agile Scrum teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
Modifying screens/layouts using Maximo Application Designer
Configuring/Extending Reliability Strategies (predictive analytics, KPI dashboards)
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Strong documentation and problem-solving skill
Maximo Application Suite Certification
In-depth knowledge of Reliability Strategies and Predict Modules (AI/ML integration)
Experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, other CMMS)
CMRP certification or equivalent reliability engineering experience
Knowledge of SaaS governance/compliance and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience extending Maximo schemas for additional FMEA data support
Proven ability to customize, configure, and optimize the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) for conditional maintenance and reliability use cases.
