Title: HCM Lead
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Full-Time
Salary: 130k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical development and support for eBusiness Systems Modules.
• Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable).
• Utilize industry-accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
• Acquire and utilize business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster business expertise solutions.
• Tracking deliverables and providing reporting to management as needed.
• Willing to travel up to 10%

Skills:

• Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or CIS is preferred
  Minimum of 5 years experience with the following E-Business Suite
• HCM modules: HR, OTL, Absence Management, OAB, Workflow & Payroll are required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the OAB, OTL, and Payroll Fast Formulas is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Advanced & Standard Benefits is required.
