Department Overview: The Securities-Based Lending (SBL) department is divided into two sub-teams:
SBL Processing: A group of specialists handling the back-end processing of lending products.
SBL Service Desk: A team that manages phone and email inquiries regarding Credit Access Lines.
Daily Responsibilities: • Verify terms, amounts, and instructions for draw requests during the promotion period. • Process bookkeeping entries for transactions.
Project Name: Credit Access Line Promotion – Temporary resources are required to support this initiative.
Essential Software/Systems Knowledge: The selected candidate will use various systems, including: • Workflow • Salesforce • CreditLink Training will be provided for these systems.
Must-Have Skills and Experience: • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to take inbound phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in Excel and Word. • Experience with telephony systems.
