  • Review long term incentive compensation plan data collected in compensation surveys.
  • Read company proxy statements and plan documents describing company long-term incentive plans.

Must Haves:

  • Strong background in consulting or corporate Human Resource, or compensation related work.
  • Experience with Long Term Incentive data analysis, or Proxy work

Pay Rate: $20/hr - $22/hru
