Role and Responsibilities:
  • As a Compensation Analyst in the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practice, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing long-term incentive compensation plan data collected from compensation surveys. 
  • You will analyze company proxy statements and plan documents to understand long-term incentive plans such as stock options.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted to surveys is crucial, and you will communicate with clients via telephone or email to resolve any discrepancies or issues. 
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in a proprietary database, with training provided to support your role.
Required Skill:
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work, although entry-level candidates with relevant education or experience will also be considered. 
  • Strong skills in mathematics and experience with Long Term Incentive (LTI) data analysis or proxy work are advantageous. 
  • You must be detail-oriented with strong expertise in using PCs, particularly in database management.
  •  A commitment to the full cycle of the assignment is expected.
