Duration: 07 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)

Shift: Mon to Fri | 8 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay Range: $22/hr to $24/Hr.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Transaction Management Operations Analyst to join the Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) Operations team within Bank’s Wealth Management Operations group.
This role supports day-to-day operational functions, client escalations, and process oversight for institutional and personal retirement clients within the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) division.

Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled within company guidelines and SLAs.
Support various HBS processes such as account maintenance, mail fulfillment QA, debit card monitoring, and billing reconciliation.
Provide vendor oversight to ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence.

Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
