Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled within company guidelines and SLAs.
Support various HBS processes such as account maintenance, mail fulfillment QA, debit card monitoring, and billing reconciliation.
Provide vendor oversight to ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Familiarity with Consumer-Driven Healthcare Products:
