Job Details:
  • Data Entry position.
  • Will assist in multiple areas of the office, including opening, scanning, and data entry.
  • Primarily scanning and imaging, working on a machine called a Falcon Red-this machine opens mail and they are responsible for extracting the mail
  • Proficient in 10-key numeric data entry as well as alphanumeric data entry.
  • Solid understanding of transactions and balancing of payments.
  • Be familiar with handling and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments.
  • Quality checking.
  • Ability to key alpha-numeric.
  • Admin work.
  • Office clerical environment.
  • Great attention to detail and working with sensitive customer information.
  • Repetitive work - Be able to do a similar function often.
  • Resources will be cross-trained.
  • Accounts receivable.
