Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM (SSO) Engineer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity products including PingFederate and PingAccess.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure authentication and authorization solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Design & Architecture:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement authentication solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Support architectural decisions and work with Identity and Authentication Services teams on various IAM initiatives.
• Drive process improvement opportunities and suggest design enhancements.

Implementation & Integration:

• Act as SME for implementation and integration of authentication solutions.
• Configure and integrate SSO with various enterprise applications.
  Expertise in SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, and FIDO2 protocols.
  Guide and support policy creation and management.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure authentication services align with security best practices and industry standards.Participate in security and vulnerability assessments related to IAM components.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• Investigate and resolve authentication failures, token issues, and user provisioning errors.
• Provide support for MFA and FIDO2 integrations and troubleshoot authentication services.

Documentation & Training:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for documentation and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IAM/Authentication Services experience, specifically with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, FIDO2, and MFA.
• Expertise in policy creation and policy fragments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of SSO Engineerning experience
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Ping Access and Ping Federate.
• Strong background in Security Architecture (SA).
• Proven IAM Authentication experience.

Pay Rate Range- $70/hr to $75/hr
