Job Title:    Instructional Designer
Duration:    12 Months (possibility of extension or conversion)

Pay rate :    $28-32/hr.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and developing diverse learning experiences, such as interactive eLearning modules, large-scale training solutions, and blended multimedia presentations.
• This role involves determining learning objectives, restructuring content, designing learning activities, and producing visual aids for both in-person and online settings.
• The designer collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training materials adhere to best practices while complying with regulatory and legal standards.
• This contract position primarily operates remotely, with occasional travel as needed.

Required Skill:

• 1-2 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning development, or a related field, with a strong ability to create interactive asynchronous eLearning and engaging in-person training experiences.
• Must be adept at simplifying complex processes into clear, comprehensible training materials and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) and Adobe Captivate, as well as the Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite, is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing attention to detail, design principles, and adult learning pedagogy is required.
