Respond to requests for application support from business, operations, and interfacing application teams during on-call schedule.
Manage incident resolution in production environments for assigned applications.
Manage problem tracking and resolution in production environments for assigned applications.
Support and perform change tasks per instructions from application teams in the production environment.
Schedule and manage infrastructure maintenance activities for production environments.
Monitor jobs and respond to job alerts timely.
Support release and deployment activities as needed.
Experience with SWIFT software and SWIFT applications
Unix/Linux operating system knowledge
Understanding of Oracle Database structure and ability to run Data queries using SQL
Understanding of WebLogic, IIS, and WebSphere MQ
Troubleshooting Data issues - Understanding of HTTP protocols and making API calls through HTTP
Scripting and automation skills
Ability to troubleshoot applications and review application logs
Familiarity with Remedy Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management modules
Good written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize technical issues at a business level.
