Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX - 75217

Duration: 06 – 12 months (with possible extension)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage system configurations, including user setup, roles, and access permissions.
  • Develop and implement custom applications and workflows.
  • Customize forms, lists, and dashboards based on user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and manage integrations with other systems using web services, APIs, REST/SOAP.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.
  • Test new functionalities and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Experience with day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in managing system configurations, including user setup, roles, and access permissions.
  • Ability to develop and implement custom applications and workflows.
  • Experience in customizing forms, lists, and dashboards based on user requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of implementing and managing integrations with other systems using web services, APIs, REST/SOAP.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with system upgrades and patches.
  • Ability to test new functionalities and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.
