About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Statistician/Biostatistician to join our team.
  • This role involves designing experiments, developing analytical methods, and supporting laboratory investigations.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in statistical analysis and method validation.


Responsibilities:

  • Design experiments to improve analytical methods and assess their robustness.
  • Provide guidance on method criteria, such as system suitability.
  • Collaborate with laboratory teams to develop and validate protocols.
  • Author memos and reports detailing statistical analysis.
  • Support the laboratory in assessing protocol deviations and resolving validation issues.
    Provide guidance for setting validation criteria.

Education Qualification:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Alternatively, an MS in Statistics/Applied Statistics with a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAS and JMP.
  • Experience in analytical method qualification and validation, including protocol development and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Experience in analyzing stability data and formulation designs.

Pay Range:
$50 - $65 an hr.

Preferred Skill:

  • Experience with mixed-effect modeling and Bayesian analysis.
  • Ability to write statistical software code for internal support and validation purposes.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to improvement teams and management.
