Roles and responsibilities: 
  • Performs Business Requirements gathering process, including the creation of deliverables  
  • Conducts detailed research  
  • Performs analysis necessary to identify viable solution alternatives  
  • Delivers work estimates to client(s)  
  • Creates technical documents and high-level solution design  
  • Participates in the complete system development life cycle  
  • May perform testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT  
Education:  
  • Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent work experience may be considered)  
Work Experience:  
  • 4-6 years of related IT work experience preferably in the health insurance industry  
  • Has played a key role in major company initiatives and demonstrated some leadership experience
