Salary Range: 50.00 - 55.00 | Per Hour

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Respond to application support requests and on-call incidents

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

  • Track and resolve problems in production environments

  • Execute change tasks as directed

  • Schedule and manage infrastructure maintenance

  • Monitor batch jobs and respond to alerts

  • Support release and deployment activities

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SWIFT applications

  • Strong Unix/Linux knowledge

  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database structure

  • Understanding of Weblogic, IIS, and WebSphere MQ

  • Experience troubleshooting data and HTTP/API issues

  • Scripting and automation capabilities

  • Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues

  • Familiarity with Remedy (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)

    Pay Rate Range: $50/HR - $55/HR
