Must Have:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Program Manager, managing large-scale insurance and claims programs.
  • Proven track record of leading 5-6 major programs.
  • Expertise in healthcare policy administration and claims processing.
  • Experience working with government agencies and continuous feedback loops.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies.
  • Technical understanding of Java-based systems, Kubernetes, REST API orchestration, and database technologies (DB2, SQL Server) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with architects and technical leads to manage system interactions.

NiceToHave:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Green Shield, Blue Cross

Pay Rate Range: $70-$100/hr
