Education & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the multimedia technologies service industry.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred, but not required.
  
  

Pay Range: $35 – $38 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and support webcasting for on-site, virtual, and remote events.

• Set up and provide support for Teams Room video conferencing technology.

• Participate in AV projects and attend weekly AV team and project meetings.

• Adhere to all site-specific safety and security protocols required for contractor personnel.

• Escalate housekeeping or technical issues unrelated to AV or conferencing systems to the appropriate department.

• Stay up to date with current and emerging audio-visual technologies.

• Operate and support integrated control systems such as Crestron, Extron, and AMX.

• Operate and troubleshoot major audio/visual components, including soundboards and mixers.

• May require occasional travel between sites in New Jersey and Westchester County, NY.
