About the Role

  • This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be located in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI.
  • The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
  • The primary focus of this role is to manage and track IPA reports, educate and communicate with delegated groups, and ensure the correct team has the necessary files for manual entry into the system.
  • The role also involves troubleshooting delegate issues with report submissions and addressing reporting problems.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the receipt of IPA reports.
  • Communicate and provide education to groups regarding the submission of reports.
  • Ensure the correct team has the required files for manual entry into the system.
  • Track pending claims and provide education to delegated groups.
  • Address and resolve delegate issues with report submissions and reporting problems.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects throughout the development project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.
  • Revise project plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports to management.
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes. 
  • Conduct regularly scheduled project status update meetings.
  • Develop process workflows related to assigned projects and/or support internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project, including internal subject matter experts, external corporate departments, and Health Plans.
  • Act as a liaison for the department on enterprise-wide projects.
  • Collaborate with all levels of personnel within the company and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Comply with required workplace safety standards.

Education Qualification

  • No specific licensure is required for this role.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Managed Care (Utilization Management or Claims).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related MS applications.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate well with all levels of personnel within the company.
