About the Role

Pay Range: $20 - $22

Responsibilities -

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of supplier records, ensuring accuracy through detailed document review and validation.
• Follow established procedures meticulously to maintain consistency in execution.
• Manage a high volume of emails daily, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills and clearly outlining next steps.
• Perform purchase order (PO) and invoice matching, identifying discrepancies and determining appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation, promptly following up on action items and prioritizing urgent requests.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and proactively provide updates to maintain transparency and workflow efficiency.
• Efficiently manage multiple supplier onboarding processes while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Approach the role with professionalism and a service-oriented attitude.

Education Qualification

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Required Skills -

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
