Pay Range: $48- $52/hr.

Duration: 12 months (Possibility for Extension)

Day-to-day:

• Monitor and facilitate requests from stakeholders for services, software, materials, etc.
• Initiate vendor setup activities and manage vendor changes for CDI vendors
• Ensure Agreements are recorded correctly in software.
• Oversee and ensure accurate rates are maintained in Outline Agreements
• Support the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders on supporting quotations and contracts
• Perform necessary Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order revisions
• Expediting of Purchase Orders and maintaining accurate delivery dates within the system
• Create service entry sheets in System.
• Accountable to resolve vendor invoicing problems, both technical and commercial as needed
• Analyze transactional data, perform invoice reconciliation, identify trends or potential fraud, duplicate payments, etc. as needed
• Ensure current and continued compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures both internally and externally to the Institution including those specific to CDI
• Independently plans actions to ensure customer requirements are achieved
• Develop clear and concise communications
• Self-manage and perform assigned tasks with minimal oversight
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and standards
• Assist with other Procurement activities and special projects as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain supporting Purchase Order lifecycle activities
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• International project experience
• French speaker

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 8 years’ experience in supply chain supporting Purchase Order lifecycle activities
• Experience with Contract Software
• 3+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
