Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production support or technical support role, with significant exposure to global markets and FX trading environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL database queries and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITRS for system monitoring and alerting.
  • Basic Unix/Linux command-line skills for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Python scripting knowledge is a plus to assist in automating processes or troubleshooting
