Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to support transformational initiatives within Workday’s Global Procurement Organization.
  • This individual will be key in ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management methodologies, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams through complex global transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and iterate change management plans aligned with global procurement transformation strategy
  • Monitor team sentiment and identify potential change adoption issues
  • Coach and support leaders and managers to lead their teams through change
  • Create and deliver engaging, clear communication and training materials
  • Analyze feedback and data to assess change initiative effectiveness
  • Proactively support teams experiencing challenges during transitions

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in change management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven success leading large-scale organizational transformation projects
  • Strong grasp of change management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience monitoring and responding to team sentiment
  • Skilled in developing training and communication content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., SSGI, CCMP, etc.)
  • Experience in Procurement or Procurement Transformation
