• Process deposit applications quickly and accurately, ensuring completeness and accuracy of application data, identification and entity documents, and all executable documentation.
• Provide detailed guidance to clients throughout the deposit application process.
• Resolve issues communicated by clients and Regional Bank Product Managers via email and phone calls by analyzing various situations for appropriate resolution.
• Assist clients in setting up online banking.
• Answer questions and address client concerns regarding deposit or mortgage accounts.
• Partner with vendors to resolve client issues and requests.

Education Qualification:

• High school diploma

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (phone and emails)

• Interpersonal skills

• Experience working in banking and financial industry

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred)

• Ability to interact with clients and Field Managers effectively over phone, emails, and instant messaging.
