Job Title:   Data Entry Clerk
Duration:  12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location:   Atlanta, GA

Pay Range:  $17-$19/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the accuracy of consignment inventory entries by meticulously processing and reconciling shipments and receipts. This involves verifying details against provided documents to maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Enter outbound shipment details into the ERP system based on documents received via email from service providers, ensuring timely and precise data entry for effective inventory management.
3. Input inbound receipt dates into the ERP system using documented information from service providers, contributing to up-to-date and accurate inventory tracking.
4. Identify and escalate any errors or roadblocks encountered during the data entry process to the appropriate team members, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing potential impacts on operations.
5. Develop and maintain Excel worksheets using data from the ERP systems to support reporting and analysis, ensuring data is organized and accessible for decision-making.

2. Possess some post-secondary education, which is preferred to support understanding and performance in the role, though not strictly required.
3. Have at least 2 years of experience in data entry, showcasing proficiency in handling large volumes of information with accuracy and speed.
4. Exhibit a working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook, enabling efficient data management and communication.
5. Experience with serialized inventory is advantageous, as it enhances understanding and management of inventory systems.
6. Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity and reliability in all tasks.
7. Display comfort in asking questions and seeking clarification from the team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
