Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $20/hr to $21.50/hr

Duration: 5 months

Job Description:

• Successful candidates will work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. They possess strong communication skills and ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines.
• A proven track record of effective time management and taking initiative is important. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong customer obsession.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
• Experience working with data including strong excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.

Must Have:

• Previous Experience in Coordination aspect – ideally in managing large volume request or self-serve roles
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Word, Work Docs and SharePoint
• Know how to read and find information from SOPs
