About the Role

• We are seeking a Business Senior Analyst to provide functional in-depth analysis in support of project scope and objectives. T
• his role involves hosting multi-project implementation meetings and assisting clients through research and coding expertise.
• The ideal candidate will apply their experience in contract and project management to the implementation of current projects.

• Compile and analyze data for specialized research projects.
• Collaborate with various departments and present research findings.
• Coordinate requirements gathering between internal and external customers, focusing on solutions and deadlines.
• Operate independently and within a team as needed.
• Adapt quickly to complex work demands and daily customer interactions.
• Manage multiple assignments in various stages simultaneously.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in policy analysis.

• Prior experience with health insurance Medicaid and/or claims processing, including ICD9, ICD10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Proficiency in MS office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience leading projects both in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with VBA, Access, and macros.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
