About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Specialist with a background in veterinary technology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical-related fields. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three day a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required; Monday or Thursday optional), with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Qualifications:

Pay Range: $28–$32/hr

Education:

• Veterinary Technology/Technician degree, OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, OR

• Associate degree with prior pharmaceutical industry experience

Required Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to understand and process technical information

• Independent and team-oriented work ethic

• Strong organizational skills, detail-focused, and deadline-driven

Experience & Skill:

• Experience in a veterinary clinic

• Background in pharmacovigilance or safety case processing

• Familiarity with LMS, and document management systems

• Minimum of 1 year in a regulated pharmaceutical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, approve, and submit individual case safety reports

• Maintain PV documentation and archive records

• Support team with administrative and safety-related tasks

• Prepare and review aggregate adverse event reports

• Track team metrics and contribute to ongoing PV projects as assigned
