Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • This role supports the Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders.
  • The coordinator is an integral partner in providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders such as managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders.
  • Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
  • This candidate will deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
  • 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
  • Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
  • Experience working with data including strong excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.
 
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
  • Previous Experience in Coordination aspect – ideally in managing large volume request or self-serve roles
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Word, Work Docs and SharePoint
  • Know how to read and find information from SOPs
