Client: Service provider

Job Title: Graphic Designer/Event Management

Location: Jackson, MI 49201 (Remote)

Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: $34/hr. - $35/hr. (Without any Benefits)

 
Responsibilities:
  • Determine learning objectives and structure learning activities
  • Develop interactive eLearn experiences and in-person scenario-based training
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Create storyboards, conduct research, and maintain production schedules
 
Education Qualification:
  • Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
  • Experience in designing and developing learning experiences. Experience can be substituted for formal education.
 
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in eLearn authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, design principles, and adult learning pedagogy.
