Position Details:

Title: Windows Administrator (Advanced Service Desk Role)

Type (Contract, C2H, Perm): 3-month contract (possibility for extension to 1 year)

Location: Toronto, ON- 4 days/week in office - Wednesday is Achor Day 

Shift/Core Hours: 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week, some evening work) 

Compensation: $35-$40/hour

Interview Process: 2 Rounds, 1 Technical virtually and 1 In Person for Behavioral Assessment  

Day to day responsibilities:

  • 2 Levels of Service Desk Support before it's brought to this candidate within this team
  • Supporting Internal Users tackling their Windows 11 Upgrade issues 
  • Windows 11 upgrade

Must-haves/key skills needed:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally an enterprise level organization)
  • L1-L3 Support in Troubleshooting Windows 11 (performance problems, disc space clean ups, etc)
  • Strong Communication/Organization/Planning/Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Analysis experience 
  • Strong Desktop Support Experience 
  • Understands SCCM  
  • Powershell scripting
