Position Details:

  • Job Title: Wire Transfer Investigations Specialist
  • Duration: 06 months (with potential to extend or convert)
  • Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (8–12 weeks of training in a classroom setting)
  • Shift: Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 05:30 PM)
  • Pay range: $20-21/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle 45–50 investigation cases daily involving both domestic and international wire transfers.
  • Leverage tools such as PEGA, Teletracks, and SWIFT to research and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to gather information and provide status updates on wire transactions.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in wire transfer processes and propose improvements.
  • Document findings and resolutions thoroughly while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction flow and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in wire investigations, financial operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment while meeting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with operational risk, financial compliance, or payment processing is a plus.
