DayToDay Responsbilities:

  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather feedback, demo progress, and realign priorities.
  • Update leadership on product roadmap progress, metrics, and risk
  • Maintain and configure Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, ADO, etc.).
  • Create dashboards and views for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical issues beyond team control.
  • Prepare and facilitate sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through actionable retro feedback.

 

Must Have:

  •  5+ Years of product/project management in enterprise environment
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Excellent at communicating with stakeholders—executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and negotiating trade-offs.
  • Experience with Jira for project tracking
  • Use data to inform planning and identify delivery issues early.
