Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Lead to join our Global Professional Services Procurement team. This role will spearhead our Management Advisory Services Program, driving a global strategy to optimize consulting engagements and ensure procurement excellence.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep category expertise, a background in healthcare or FMCG, and a proven track record in global procurement, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a Global Category Strategy for Management Advisory Services, including risk mitigation, supplier portfolio optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives.

• Provide high-impact procurement leadership, focused on maximizing ROI from consulting engagements for the Executive Team and key business stakeholders.

• Lead the strategic refresh of the Advisory Services Procurement framework—enhancing Contracting, Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional senior leaders across Finance, HR, Strategy, and other corporate functions to align procurement strategies with evolving business needs.

• Drive category innovation and value creation, adapting to a rapidly changing business and consulting environment.

• Manage key supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Pay Range:

• $40 – $48 per hour

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or related global business functions (e.g., Consulting, Finance, HR).

• Extensive experience in Indirect Procurement and Global Category Management for Professional Services.

• Demonstrated success in Management Advisory Services strategy development, sourcing, supplier management, and project execution.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly preferred.

• Deep knowledge of supplier market dynamics in the Management Advisory/Consulting Services space.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, matrixed environments.

• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier governance, and risk/compliance frameworks.

• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with high levels of autonomy.
