About the Role:

  • We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our scientific team.
  • The successful candidate will be involved in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
  • This role requires a strong foundation in scientific research and the ability to work effectively under supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established experimental designs and protocols to obtain reproducible and reliable results.
  • Plan, monitor, and conduct experiments, analyze and record data, and collaborate with group members.
  • Communicate and present data findings to the team.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and experimental challenges effectively.
  • Contribute to internal and external reports, papers, presentations, and regulatory documents. 
  • Utilize standard laboratory equipment proficiently. 
  • Participate in department-wide support efforts, including safety, data recording, and centralizing data using
  • Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).

Education Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant scientific experience.

PayRange:

  • $28 - $33 an hr

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Biology or Biochemistry.
  • Experience in a biopharmaceutical working environment.
  • Proficiency in biochemical, biophysical, molecular, and cellular techniques, including basic cell culturing, transient transfection, and stable cell line generation.
  • Experience with small molecule drug screening campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively in teams to achieve changing project goals and meet timelines.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and apply critical thinking.
