Day to Day: 

  • Guiding the agile team to develop resolving any technical issues and implement the new features
  • Developing end to end solution and provide input it 
  • Need to be hands on since they will be working with new agile team- 8-12 people
  • Interact with the line of business and external team 
Must Haves:
  • 10+ years of overall programming  experience in .NET 
  • 7+ of working in an agile environment 
  • Prior Architect experience 
  • Experience using .NET core 6 or 8 
  • Great communication skills and ability to guide and mentor an agile team
     
Plusses: 
  • Exposure to CI/CD processes
  • Kafka
  • Prior experience as a Lead or Architect
  • Experience with oracle databases
  • Experience with Angular in the front end
