Job Title: Data Analyst I
Location: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Monday/Friday as needed)

The ideal candidate will bring experience in database management, resolving data gaps, and developing Power BI dashboards, with specific expertise in handling Bill of Materials (BOM). This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, streamlining manufacturing processes, and transforming raw data into impactful, visual insights.

• Key Responsibilities
• Database Management
• Develop, maintain, and oversee manufacturing database systems
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity
• Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies within manufacturing datasets
• Data Gap Resolution
• Conduct detailed audits of BOM and item data
• Work collaboratively with BOM analysts and outsourced manufacturing partners to ensure complete, high-quality data
• Power BI Dashboard Development
• Design and build interactive dashboards focused on manufacturing KPIs and metrics
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations
  Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Engage with IT, manufacturing, and business teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and database management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency with Power BI
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database querying
• Solid understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines
