Pay Range: $38 - $42/hour

Duration: 8 months [+ Possibilities of extension]

Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

1-3 years in lab operations, facilities, or biotech/pharma support roles.
CMS/CMMS experience (e.g., Maximo, Footprints, or any similar system).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Administer and manage the internal equipment/lab supplies reuse system (“Reply system”).
Organize equipment/supplies in storage and coordinate internal requests for reuse.
Participate in Gemba walks with EHS to identify ergonomic or lab setup issues.
Create work order tickets using Footprints system for lab/facility adjustments.
Occasionally host and coordinate vendor visits (not responsible for vendor management or technical equipment calibration).
