Duration:    6 Months (Possible Extension OR Conversion)

Pay Range:  $18 - $21/hr.

About the Role:

• Seeking a coordinator to support the AMER intern program within the AUTA Experience (AUTA-X) team.
• The coordinator will play a key role in providing a best-in-class internship experience to engage and retain top diverse talent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders in the AMER Intern Program.
• Manage intern program activities and build relationships across partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, and work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
• Handle front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and help build a great organization of talented individuals.
