  • Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
  • Be a strong consultant for Workday related configuration testing, as it relates to TA processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA, Technology, and systems teams, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production.
    Provide training support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
