This role will be a hybrid model out of the below offices (can pick which location you want)

-SoCal

-Seattle, WA

-Charleston, SC

-Arlington, VA

 

Day to Day: 

Supporting & hiring leaders and internal/external candidates in onboarding and post-offer checks. In this role, you will process and monitor new hire items such as hire documentation offer contingencies (background checks, drug tests, medical and security clearance), set start dates, and schedule orientations. 

Must Haves

 

  • 2+ years’ experience with the Office suite 
  • 2+ years’ experience with onboarding/post-offer checks – including but not limited to processing background checks, I9s, drug screens, etc. 
  • Experience in a customer service-driven role 
  • Experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality, was paramount 
  • Experience processing candidates in a high-volume environment managing 50+ candidates at a time 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Strong Plus: 

  • Prior experience with Workday  
  • Experience implementing employee onboarding processes and process improvements
