The Purpose, Role Definition, and Requirements: The WHY and WHAT for an Account Manager:

The Account Manager will focus on acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships within the assigned client/s. Additionally, the role involves presenting business solutions to current clients and collaborating with Delivery Managers to support clients in achieving their short- and long-term goals, while aligning with Collabera’s strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling Collabera’s services including On-Demand Talent and Project/SOW based services to assigned client/s.
  • Achieve business targets for the designated client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting and project teams to ensure the delivery of On-Demand talent and project requirements.
  • Manage direct business accounts.
  • Build and maintain client relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client systems and processes for resume submissions.
  • Communicate and prioritize client requirements effectively.
  • Address and resolve all client issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies for account penetration.
  • Conduct client meetings to foster and strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare and develop proposals and sales presentations.
  • Submit weekly and other relevant sales reports.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Collabera’s Sales Executive Training.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in selling IT services.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong understanding of various business operations.
  • Capable of resolving complex issues.
  • Experience or knowledge in IT or technology services sales is required.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $70000 to $75000 base + Variables
