Location: 100% Remote / hybrid in Middletown, NJ
Duration : 12 months

Job Summary:
 
Mission: 
  • In this role, you’ll be part of the Enterprise Architecture and Planning team within Client’s Network and Security department.
  • You will help centralize enterprise data and develop pipelines and custom LLM models aimed at building an advanced Enterprise system using proprietary internal data.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to design, train, and validate LLM models that drive dynamic dashboards, issue identification, ROI analysis, and data insights for the business. 
 
Must Have Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in GenAI/ LLM
  • Extremely strong core LLM knowledge (not looking for tool knowledge)
  • Proven hands-on experience building out GenAI and LLMs
  • Expertise in Python, data pipelines, and model training
  • Ability to develop AI solutions from scratch for proprietary data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Day-To-Day:
  • Lead the design and development of custom LLMs for Client’s enterprise data
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper training of models on Client's proprietary data
  • Customize models like Llama and OpenAI to meet the specific needs of Client’s enterprise data
  • Build dynamic dashboards and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders
  • Integrate the medallion approach (bronze, silver, gold) for data categorization and validation
  • Leverage Azure and ADLS in building and refining AI models and pipelines
  • Continuously improve models through training, testing, and validation
Plusses:
  • Experience working with Azure, Databricks, Grafana
  • Previous work experience at large tech companies.
