Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• As an AI Data Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing foundational data services and capabilities for AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that enhance the user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services.
• You’ll also work closely with our engineering team to support data initiatives.
• Your primary responsibility will be providing excellent support to Business Units (BUs) with various requests for customer datasets in a complex landscape, ensuring professional service and a superior level of interaction.
• This role demands passion, innovation, and excellence within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Collaborate with Business Units, Product Managers, and Engineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve data requests and issues efficiently.
• Develop a deep understanding of the NOW platform, system architecture, and tools.
• Diagnose technical issues, root cause them, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues, in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prioritize, escalate, and manage communications around issue resolution while setting clear stakeholder expectations.
• Provide clear, high-quality technical documentation and exceptional customer service.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams to optimize processes and deliver impactful solutions.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in coding and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the NOW platform is a plus.
• Previous support experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
