Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Duration: 4 Months CTH
Location: Cleveland, OH 44144
Pay Rate: $55/hr. - $60/hr.

About the Role:

• Collaborate directly with business partners to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using various technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code platforms, Process Mining, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and others.
• Develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet defined requirements, ensuring high-quality builds delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Define requirements for new automation features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
• Participate in the design process to ensure it meets business requirements and provides an optimized user experience.
• Own the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more components of an environment, application, or platform.
• Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions.
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging for specific automations or tools to meet service level agreements (SLA).
• Contribute to the overall health, performance, and availability, addressing system and user experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
• Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences, including peers, technology, and business partners.
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency.
• Apply recommended information security standards when developing code and ensure validation.
• Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
• Identify potential standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security, risk, and change management policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Bootcamp, or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in RPA using Automation Anywhere.
• Software development experience.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools and frameworks based on project needs.
• Self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Strong desire to learn and develop problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
