Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP S/4 HANA implementations, specifically within Finance modules
- Drive solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment across global teams
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, distributed environment while ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
- Support production cutover, HyperCare activities, and ensure operational readiness
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP capabilities and process improvements
- Contribute to governance, communication, and change management initiatives
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with strong exposure to SAP ecosystems
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing SAP or S/4 HANA implementations
- Deep functional expertise in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Consolidation)
- Experience working on global, full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of integration with other modules like Procurement, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
